Know why you are working – right now. Have a plan for what comes next. If you are just working to survive and either tolerate or hate what you do. Be clear that this is the case. Have a plan for what you *do* want to do and how to get there. Meanwhile find ways to make it tolerable, but not a place to stay. If it’s sort of OK and it’s on the way to where and what you want to be. Have a plan for how you will own it more, change it and use it as a platform. How can you get a bit closer every day? If you love it. Have a plan for keeping it that way, sharing it with others, and also a Plan B. Meanwhile – there are always a few niggles to smooth out.
